Greek Orthodox Cathedral of Columbus, Columbus

The Greek Orthodox Cathedral of Columbus, designed in a 6th century Byzantine style, includes a separate candle room where members place candles and pray. The four pillars supporting the dome are dedicated to the evangelists Mark, Mathew, Luke and John. Its stunning interior includes Venetian glass with ornate gold embellishments, and its altar is decorated an icon of the Virgin Mary and other saints.
