2 Days in Syracuse and Ortigia, Sicily, Syracuse, Italy (B)

A fellow travel blogger/vlogger from Just Go Places left a comment on one of the videos for this itinerary post “2 Days In Syracuse & Ortigia, Sicily (Day 1)” on my YouTube channel. They said, “For a country that claims the Godfather stereotypes them, they definitely know how to capitalize on it.” 

What they were referring to was the footage at the beginning of the video of a girl playing the Godfather theme on an accordion. Aside from the fact that I finished a 3 Day Malta Itinerary and decided to kill two birds with one stone and visit Sicily due to its close proximity.

Italy does that. Not sure if it the food, the history, the gorgeous cathedrals or the beautifully animated language. When a take a look at all the places I’ve travelled to the majority of them have been in Italy and with Malta being so close to the Italian island of Sicily I couldn’t resist. In wanting to take a ship from Malta to Italy and I learned that Syracuse (Siracusa) is a port city so I started to research things to do in Siracusa. ......
