Unusual Rome, Rome, Italy
After devoting space to what to see in Rome in three days, it is time to learn more about unusual Rome. This post, in fact, is dedicated to places that are generally less visited. Some of these places are, however, well known, while others are more niche.
The first places, in particular, are easily reached by subway. Gradually, however, more difficult-to-reach places are reached. A bicycle, in some cases, would be a great idea!
The post begins with a walk that deserves to be in the three-day itinerary. I can safely say that this walk should be in a four-day itinerary in Rome, and it is not very unusual. But, not having mentioned it before, here I am talking about a spectacular tour! In fact, starting from the Circo Massimo metro station you can see, of course, the ancient imperial stadium (and the Palatine from afar), the municipal rose garden (free: in May, with the roses in bloom, it really is a must-see place in Rome), the orange garden (which offers a beautiful view of the Trastevere area), the church of Santa Sabina (dating back to the 5th century, a jewel) and the famous keyhole at the Knights of Malta building (amazing view). ......
