Fiddler's Elbow is the oldest pub in town and prides itself in having the cheapest Pint in town and in being the best meeting point for both locals and tourists as it is situated in Piazza Santa Maria Novella just behind the central train station. This is a very popular Irish Oasis for tourists and students.

They are known for their happy hour that stretches from 4 pm until 9 pm and also for their cheap prices, a pint of beer is only 3 euros and a half pint is only 2 euros.

It has a great selection of classical beer and they are also offering meals in true English tradition. Thursdays and Fridays are celebrated with live music and they promote themselves as being a worm place where you feel at home.

They actually have three locations to choose from but the most popular one is near the Porcellino as the locals call it, being one of the key-symbols of Florence. The Kikuya Pub attracts mostly foreign customers so English can be the predominant language used. Their cocktails are very generous and their Happy Hour expands for 3 hours from 7 pm to 10 pm. This is a typical Australian pub that changed his name recently in Bocachica and faces Santa Croce. Is usually packet with both foreigners and locals. It offers a unique experience through their beer, grilled ostrich meat and kangaroo steaks. They also have an air-conditioned back room that features sports on a big-screen TV. The only downside of this pub is that its names are confusing seeing that when they close the doors are marked with the name Australiano. But if you are looking for something new and interesting to experience this is the pub for you.
